Precision Dispensing Tips
This needle series consists of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This line of precision dispensing tips is burr-free, as well as silicone and chloride free, with an electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. They are designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives. Safe for use up to 100psi.

Precision Bent Dispensing Tips
This needle series consists of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This line of precision dispensing tips is burr-free, as well as silicone and chloride free, with an electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. They are designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives. Safe for use up to 100psi. Additionally, these tips are bent 45 or 90 degrees, making them suitable for applying fluids inside the bore of products or under components.

Tapered Tip (TT) Dispensing Tips
High quality tapered tips in gauge sizes from 14 to 25. Suitable for many fluids including solder pastes, fluxes, gels, epoxies, grease, compounds, particle-filled materials, adhesives, silicones, sealants and RTVs. Double helix locking luer thread provides safe attachment to all syringes and valves.

Flexible PP Dispensing Tips
Polypropylene tips include a plastic double helix locking hub with a polypropylene cannula (tubing) based on gauge size. Excellent for dispensing into small areas or through holes. The luer locking thread prevents the tip from coming loose under pressure. Suitable for use with most fluids, especially with reactive adhesives and moisture-sensitive fluids (i.e. cyanoacrylates, instant glues, and most solvent-based fluids).

Teflon Lined Tips
Best suited for the controlled application of cyanoacrylates, solvents, activators, primers, and other liquids. The crimped Teflon inner tube prevents reactive cyanoacrylates from clogging during application. The tips are silicone and chloride free to prevent contamination of any liquid dispensed.
